First time renting an RV and we had a great experience! We rented a 31’ Class C for 8 adults, and every single one of us was impressed with the quality of the RV. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and everything we used worked perfectly (fridge, generator, outlets, radio, tv, beds, stove, running water, etc.) We did have showers at our campsite so we didn’t use the RV shower but there were zero issues to note with anything.
We will definitely be renting again!
We rented a Class A RV and were very satisfied. The customer service was great and they are easy to get in touch with. They made us feel comfortable using the RV by explaining everything before hand. We had a great trip and I would recommend using them in the future. I had used one other RV rental place years ago and they were not as accommodating so I will continue to use North Atlanta RV Rentals in the future.
Note: for the newer campers out there I would suggest planning ahead to flush the waste out before returning. Figuring that out on the fly was probably not the best way to handle that, but lesson learned.
Great experience all around. The person I spoke with on the phone to book the RV was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I picked up the RV, I received a very thorough tour, with detailed explanation of each feature. It made me very comfortable operating the RV, and she even provided emergency contact information in the event that I needed help, or in the event that I just couldn't remember something. I will certainly rent from North Atlanta RV in the future. Thanks for helping us have a great weekend!
Great service and friendly staff. They made sure everything was ready and worked properly before we left. This is the fifth time I have used them and will continue to do so.
The staff was very helpful throughout the process, and everything went well enough at our campsite that we didn’t need to check in with any questions between taking the RV off the lot and bringing it back. The initial walk-through was really easy, quick, and detailed enough that we were able to just enjoy camping. We got a great deal and I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone!
Rented a 32' RV for Thanksgiving weekend to camp out and had a great experience. Super clean. Brand new equipment. And very accommodating in terms of pick-up and drop-off.
