Very crapy ☹ we were buying a chevy. It drove great, had brand new tires. Fresh oil change and everything .. Was very happy with the car and service. Well about 3wks ago it was in a small fender bender. We let the insurance company know then let auto perfection know. Well they ended up totaling the car over 2500 dollars worth of damage. Well ins company was suppose to send paper to be signed and never got it. He called my wife and was rude and very disrespectful towards her . Well we 'm made an agreement. Well needless to say we woke up and was getting ready to take it were we needed to and then realize that we had a flat. Put spare on and it was flat. So I took 2 tires of my car and put them on and no sooner then I was done washing up he was there taking the car. Ask if I could swap back out my tires and he says nope not my problem. Asked if he was going to help us get in another car said nope unless I had more money down. So I wouldn't buy and are send anyone I know there.
I've used this dealer before and had a greAt experience. The reason why I give it one star is because my second experience has been terrible. I am currently riding on a now expired extended temporary tag still awaiting my title to be processed in the city system. Even though they offered to pay for any tickets I get while driving, why should I have to take that risk everyday or have it on my driving record. Furthermore They have had ample time (3 months) to submit my title and submit it properly so it doesn't get rejected. Unfortunately I have done all that I can do (calling dealer 1-2 times a week to check on it's status/calling tag office 4-5 times a week to check on it's delivery/Updated Drivers license of new Address). I've been plesantly patient and understanding but now driving illegally at the hands of my dealer, I'm pissed. I have seeked legal counsel and ready to make the second step.
