I am from Colorado and spent time (3 days actually) shopping at Woodstock Furniture Outlet helping my parents shop for furniture. I can not express adequately how impressed I was with this store and the staff. They have a fantastic selection of furniture, great quality, amazing prices, and the absolutely friendliest, most welcoming, helpful staff I have had the pleasure to work with while helping my parents. From the moment you walk in the front door you are welcomed, sales people & other staff that walk past you on the show room floor say hello to you and offer their help. What a great shopping experience! The furniture my parents picked out looks great and they could not be more pleased. Even the delivery guys were wonderful. Thank you Woodstock Outlet for a great experience. Percy, Ryan, Steven, and David.... thank you for your time, assistance, patience (as it took us 3 days to make decisions). We were even treated to the chili cook off. This staff goes above and beyond! Impressive!
My husband and I brought in our 10 month old to shop for a new couch. We needed something that would hold up against our son and our 2 80lb dogs that sit on the couch with us. Lori was patient and knowledgeable. I asked about 1,000 questions and changed my mind at least a half a dozen times. Lori rolled with the punches and offered sound advice. Will absolutely visit again.
I purchased leather furniture (a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman) and a warranty two years ago. Unfortunately, the leather on the cushions started to deteriorate where they rub together. The warranty company would not cover the issue. I spoke with Cassandra in Customer Service at Woodstock Outlet and she was awesome. When she learned that the warranty company would not cover the issue, she assured me that we would work something out. She called me back in a timely manner and let me know that Woodstock Outlet would allow me to return the furniture, let me pick out new furniture and they would prorate the cost of the returned furniture based on a 2 year usage fee. I thought that was very fair. I had the new furniture delivered today. I'm impressed by Woodstock standing by their furniture and for great customer service by Cassandra. Thank you!
Great store very large selection. Staff very helpful. The delivery part needs work. Called the day before my delivery to tell me my time frame the next day which is nice. Day of my delivery, after an hour wait, no phone call from them. I called to inquire and they said truck had not even left warehouse.
Beautiful and good quality furniture! Cathy helped us find exactly what we were looking for, was patient and answered all of our questions! We bought a beautiful farm house table and chairs just in time for Thanksgiving! Can't wait to have it delivered on Saturday :-)
My opinion, the delivery time frame should actual time delivery takes place and should not include the time it takes them to load truck at warehouse. If I am told my delivery time is 8 to 12 then that is when I should expect delivery.
