Amazing!! Thank you!!! The workers there make you feel very comfortable!!!! They want you to be happy with what you're getting!!! Even though they have to stay 40 minutes after close time on a Friday!!!!
Eh they are ok but they have a huge turn over
(We had a problem with our 2nd hand couch smell like smoke and I thought I can clean it after four days and cleaning it three times a day. I called back and they let us get a new couch no peobelm!!!)
My experience with Aaron's was awful because the staff is the rudest, unprofessional, unorganized, non communicational staff I have ever seen. They treat the customers that have never missed a payment or have never been late making a payment like Sh** . They have messed up our account and tried to make my husband and I pay another month, the lease agreement is 24 months and they tried to make us pay for 25 months because of their mistake and not one time did anyone from Aaron's call us and apologize for the mistake they made, but they act like it was our fault that they messed up on our account. Never ever again will I give this place anymore business or money because they don't appreciate their customers which I might remind you that the customers are the reason they get a paycheck but they don't see it that way.
Great clean place with really nice merchandise. A bit pricey. Very beautiful female staff there, and even a funny looking black gentleman named Elbert Young and his white goatee.
