Service is professional and honest. Came here with an issue which Toyota quoted me for $3200 to fix, and Cabena's took care of it for a third of the price. I will be coming here for all my car problems/concerns.
Don't go if you have an emergency, called to get flat tire checked out & they said an appointment was needed. No help from them, terrible service.
Absolute best auto repair shop I've experienced! I have a 2006 Toyo Highlander, I had received a quote for repairing the AC from another auto repair shop, it was astronomical, I stopped by Cabena's Japanese Auto Care to get a second quote. Chuck did a thorough inspection and explained in detail what he found and what the cost would be to repair. It was half the cost of what I was previously quoted. I am so happy I found Cabena's and will only bring my vehicles here for any future major repairs. Aside from the excellent service, the shop is very clean with a nice waiting room that offers t.v., snacks and drinks. This is an A+ company!
I took several used cars there to be inspected prior to purchasing. Very glad I did before buying them. They gave me a detailed description of issues each car had. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The BEST - hands down! Chuck and the team at Cabena's is amazing. This is the ONLY mechanic I've ever been to and didn't feel like I was being lied to. They always take the time to explain the problem and what my options are. It's obvious they give the best recommendation, not most expensive. I'll always go here and make sure any car I purchase in the future is one they service!
