Friendly people, terrific location. Close to the lake. Close to everything yet far enough out of the city but close enough to go to Atlanta. Very quiet.

I like the park but nobody wants to see the manager going around drunk and pulling her pants down to pee in the middle of the park. There's kids that live here they don't need to see that.
No mailbox... and Peggy never passes out mail on time.... People get billed, fined and arrested regularly.
Unless you like sleeping near axe murderers and people who can't be near children, I wouldn't park my RV here! nasty run down and not friendly to certain types of people.
