Loved it. Had several fellow customers and workers come up to me to say hi to my pup and I got her a bunch of goodies! Everyone was very nice and all the shelves were clean and organized so my dog could pick out her favorite toys.
The staff in the rest of the store are friendly and helpful, and they respect when I tell them my rescue dog is shy of strangers- some people elsewhere try to force her to let them pet her, which neither of us appreciate.
I really appreciate being able to book appointments online, and choose staff from those who have groomed her before.
Every time I go into this store they exceed my expectations. Today I went in to purchase things for my new puppy and had a couple of questions. Karen not only went above and beyond to help answer them but pointed me to a trainer and when I checked out saved me more than I would have spent at any other store. They have amazing customer service.
Convenient and they always have what I need. I've been very pleased with the grooming staff most visits (got a bit of an odd cut once, but every other time has been fine.) My little dog is very nervous with strangers, but they always handle her gently and kindly, so I do feel comfortable leaving her with them, and so far they've always been finished sooner than expected.
The staff was very knowledgeable about the food. My dog has allergies and I've been struggling to find a food that will help him. She spent time helping me search for the right food, and let me know that if it doesn't work I can bring it back. Great customer service goes a long way!
