Normally everything is always great at Publix but this time they were so busy and didn't have enough people. I do understand there in a rush to try and help everybody they can and sometimes they overlook things. So when she put my dinner together she didn't bother separating the roll from the meal and by the time I went to eat it, the roll was all soggy.
I go to this publix once or twice a week and everyone is always extremely polite and efficient. They always have fresh produce and meat. The lines are never that long.
I go out of my way to visit this location quite often because this is the Publix where you almost feel like you are in one of their commercials. Usually all of the employees are so friendly and seem happy to have you there. Today's visit was a little disappointing because it was like visiting any other grocery. Employees seemed to see shoppers just as someone to get in and out of the store. Maybe because it's a weekend and it's staffed mostly by younger people ?
The service desk person left me in the parking lot without knowing if I could operate the cart. When I got into the store she was chatting at the counter with another employe. I got excellent service at the Deli from Derek. He saw that I got the wheel sandwich into the car. The sandwich was enjoyed at the party. I told everyone it was from Publix. Great customer service!!! Very clean. I only wish that they had a bigger selection. But for the store size it's good.
Still it's my favorite place to shop!
