Great place to get All your pet supplies . They gave us a 6 lb sack of dog food to try . Nice people and nice place !!!
Absolutely amazing care and attention is given to my two Great Pyrenees. The groomers here truly love their job!
The outside rep for dog food was more help than the 3 employees on duty, not to mention 2 of them were on break at the same time. We looked for help all over before finding the 3rd employee actually working with the crickets in front.
We went to use the self serve dog wash option at this location. After waiting for 25 minutes the employee told us that we couldn't wash our dogs since it was after 6:00. We had to ask for the manager who allowed us to go ahead and wash our dogs. The employee and manager were very rude even though we offered to help clean up since it was getting late. We were left to clean up the mess by the person who was there before us (it was a disaster) then cleaned up and sanitized the dog wash again after we were done. When we left we told them we left the dog wash area clean and sanitized-the response was "yeah-ok." Disappointed at the lack of customer service and discourteous employees;
Great store! Fast, friendly and very courteous service! Great prices overall, and excellent sale prices! I enjoy talking with and viewing the sweetest dogs went visiting this store through the Cherokee Humane Society on Saturdays. One of my sons favorite places to visit!
