I sent 200 wedding invitations via the drop mailbox outside and none of them were received by recipients. I am having to spend over $500 to order a new batch & stamps and re-send them, and this sets us back 2 weeks. Definitely calling the national line to report this office.
Really not surprised at the avg of 1.9 stars. This has got to be the worst post office I've ever been to. They NEVER answer the phone, often lock the doors early before the time they are supposed to close, and the staff is ALWAYS rude.
The staff here are much more friendly than other post offices I've gone to. The wait usually isn't too bad and the employees are helpful.
Never answers phone calls, carrier leaves notes for pickup even when we're home. One time noted that we had a dog on our porch, while we were home, and left a redelivery form on the front door, where the dog supposedly was. Another time I filled out the redelivery form only to get another one the next day. Any private sector company would have cleaned house by now in this office. Really, I'm not surprised to see a rating this low on this office, I'm actually more surprised it's not lower, and reading the other reviews, this seems to be how they've consistently been doing business for years.
The workers here are SO rude!! I can't stand going to this post office. Every single time I've gone they have been incredibly rude. My son was just told not to drive his toy car around because she didn't like the noise. Even if it's convenient to go here I'll drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid it. The workers are enough to keep me away for good.
Rude, US PO Doesn't even care. Go to Emerson US PO. So friendly and helpful. Shame on you ACWORTH US PO!!!!!
