Worst service EVER. Dropped the vehicle off after hours, filled the gas tank up (have proof). Then received an email showing the tank was lower then half and never filled back up. They charged me 40 for "half a tank of gas".... Firstly I drove 58 miles there's NO way that we used a half of a tank of gas. Called explained to the agent and the agent agreed and even suggested that the someone may have siphoned the gas but there was nothing he could do to reverse the charges. He told me the boss would call me back. I asked for the turn around for the call back and the agents EXACT response was "I don't know his life, I don't know when he's going to call you back. I have someone here I have to go" he then hung up. Worst experience EVER, no one in your business understands the value of customer service. The care agent I spoke with and the rep in Acworth drop location. Disgusting service, and should never be representation of your company. Would give ZERO.. but unfortunately I can't grade lower then 1 star.

Very very dissatisfied and poor customer service. I followed the online instructions a week ahead of time. I reserved my uhaul and did the "early check-in". I arrived 30mins after the location opened to see that my rental was not on the lot. The store clerk was unable to get ahold of his manager to help us. The clerk also mentioned that he had just arrived to work and did not have time to review the reservations for the day. (Well maybe employees should do that first?) Then after an hour speaking with uhaul main customer service I was told they were sorry and I could try another local uhaul which did not work out either. I'm sure that this is not the first nor the last time that this will happen. Thank you for waisting our time and schedule for moving. My family thanks you from out of state as well since they waisted an entire day driving over here to help.
