Love this park! So private, quiet, staff is awesome and very helpful. Been coming all this summer and will continue coming!
The facilities at the park are not maintained. The location of the park is great for the surrounding community but it is not a nice park. There is one little playground and a baseball field that doesn't even have bases or grass. The bathrooms stay locked so no one can use them. The picture of the water is misleading. You cannot enjoy the water from the park. I would not recommend this park when we have the new Logan Farm Park such a short distance away.
The main attraction is the boat ramp and the small public sand beach.
I think this is a great park.
It's a day use area and it's a great place to bring a picnic. There seem to be more fish around here than other beaches on Allatoona that might nibble at you if you're still in the water so be careful!
Love this ramp it's easy to load and unload your boat not a lot of traffic
Had an excellent time celebrating my kids birthdays and the woman running the park was awesome .
There are public facilities; a bathroom and shower building.
Beach gets an extra star for being a historic landmark, it was once the African-American beach in Bartow County and visitors came from all over the area to go here. There is a very informative historic information sign at the beach that will tell you more.
