The manager of this facility, Sarah, has made this a pleasant experience. We had to rent a facility to store items after selling our house and she has gone above and beyond to be helpful. When I left the lock I bought from her in my other car, she let us borrow one. When our U-HAUL truck broke down there, she came outside and tried to help us with it and even called people from U-HAUL to get help for us, even though we didn't rent the truck from her. Then she invited us to wait in the office while we waited for assistance. I highly recommend coming here- you will not find customer service like this anywhere else!
Sarah is an awesome manager! She is very courteous & professional when handling all business affairs. She goes beyond the call of duty in making sure the property is ran appropriately. The premise is well secure with great lighting & gated. No complaints from this happy customer!
