Very nice place full of useful items you may not find at big box stores. All in all a good place but help if needed may be hard to find.

This store like many other Ace locations is full of useful things not found in the big box stores, and reasonably priced. However, one of the employees (older gentleman with glasses) at this location need to become acquainted with Ace's return policy when it comes to online orders (30 days). He tried to tell me that they don't accept returns for online orders. First of all, I picked up the $16 item at this store. Secondly, the receipt given to me by the store clearly says online orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. A friendly female clerk promptly refunded my money to the other employee's dismay. But not for the pretty/friendly female clerk doing the right thing, I would've rated this location 2 stars (one star for location + one star for variety of merchandise). If Ace wants to compete in some way on the web, it ought to make certain all employees are familiar with online orders and returns.
Always helpful no matter what I need they try to help if they might not have it- usually they have it tho! All of the employees are polite and helpful.
Oh man where to begin? This place has to be the worst Ace Hardware I've been to. They rarely have the item you are looking for, they don't honor any sale or gift card from Ace Hardware, their staff is clueless to what they have in stock or how to use the items you are asking about. Their lack of customer service is astounding. Drive 5 min up the street to Morgan Ace or just go to Lowe's.
