I do not recommend this place at all!!! I went to this salon to dye the tips of my hair and they did highlights instead!!! I specially told the lady to do the ends of my hair and she dyed the roots of my hair!! They charged me $90 dollars and it was not worth it!! I literally went back home crying because my hair looked like 2 different colors. It's been 7 months and I am still growing out my hair.
I visited this place and the visit was awesome. New manager that knows her stuff. I understand past reviews will hurt a business, but when you replace bad stylists and leadership with great, educated people, your results are remarkable. If you give this place another chance I guarantee you you want be disappointed. Sometimes you have to change things in order to protect the integrity of the business. You can not blame new and leadership for poor leadership's quality. Give it a try and you will appreciate the new and improved results. This new manager focuses on loyalty to customers and customer retention. She knows the importance of customer satisfaction and she aims to please. The customers are #1 in her store. I was told the past managers were awful. Some were young and didn't understand management, but this one definitely knows her stuff. She's very well educated with 2 licenses and over 25 + years experience. I have done my research and I found exactly what I was looking for. Pay this salon a visit and you will see.
For certain types of hair and styles, this place is good. But in my opinion, The Barbers at this place can never get my hair right. I won't say don't go there because you have a different hair texture. But I will say this, they're always getting new and unexpierenced workers. This is just my opinion, remember you can have yours.
Horrible. They at least get a one for being friendly. One girl turned my daughter's hair orange. After hours she gave up. I paid $70 for what could have been done at home. Next visit my hair was butchered and I was charged $32 for my daughter's hair to be trimmed. I was charged for a style but when I asked my daughter what was done she was clear that it was shampoo, trim and blow dry (which apparently needed to be done for the girl to get it almost right). Needless to say it looks uneven. I will be contacting corporate office to complain about the inappropriate charging and if no resolution I will contact the BBB. Better luck to the rest of you.
I have been coming here for many years. I came in for a quick hair cut and got my hair chopped! I asked for long layers and a trim. She only made one side shorter then the other, my hair has layers but not EVEN layers and I will not be returning.
