Worse customer service ever! This Best Buy has to be operating in the red! The customer service experience was horrible the day we went in to purchase and was even worse when the GeekSquad came out to do the install. They gave every excuse not to do the work and left my tv in the middle of the floor telling me, I needed to call the store! Explain how the customer has to spend over $3000, and do the job of which I paid for! I hope the higher ups read these reviews because if not, this store will soon go out of BUSINESS! If there was less than 1 star, that would be what I gave!
I only end up here because they generally have produce in stock others don’t. Probably because of their poor service and inability to make sales. Go to another Best Buy if at all possible.
Clean store, knowledgeable staff and Reasonable prices. Got a new laptop and the person helping did great.
Worst customer service of any Best Buy I’ve been to! They wouldn’t let me pick up my online order because I didn’t have the card with me that was used. I offered to show them a picture of them card and they said they wouldn’t accept that, that I would have to call customer service and have the pick up person changed on the order. I had made my name as the pick up person but for some reason their system had card name on the order instead. Then another person told me I can just change The pick up person on my order from my phone. So I did that, and by that time a manager named Rebecca came over and I told her the order should show the correct pick up person now and she tells me it will take an hour for their system to update. I told her I live 30 minutes from here you expect me to leave and come back in a hour, and she told me there was nothing she could do their system hadn’t updated it. I even showed her my email telling me my order was ready for pickup and had my name as the pick up person and she said she couldn’t do anything without the system update. So I asked her why they were making this so difficult I had never had this problem before and I had tried to work it out every way possible and she wasn’t even trying to help me at all. I stood there maybe 5 min and the other girl said the system had updated and they could give me my order. The manager Rebecca just walked off and didn’t even attempt to apologize for her rudeness or inconveniencing me. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy. Not to mention I had my 5 year old and 2 year old with me who were bored to tears because what should have taken 5 minutes took 30 minutes because this manager and customer service rep were both unhelpful and had little knowledge about their own store system.

I’ve been to this location several times and the lack of employees able to help is unacceptable. No one around to help and when you do get a hold of someone, they rarely know anything. See my other reviews, I leave many positives for businesses but this place is just bad.
